SwishJustice Ceases Services to Belgian Authorities

December 6, 2024 – SwishJustice, a global leader in private investigations, private security, and private prosecutions, announces that it will no longer provide services to the Belgian authorities. This decision comes after the emergence of evidence implicating members of the Belgian police in unethical and criminal behavior, including their involvement in supporting individuals connected to heinous crimes such as child sexual offenses, immigration fraud, mortgage fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit murder.

Effective immediately, SwishJustice will cease all active and future collaborations with any Belgian law enforcement or governmental agency. The SwishJustice website will now display Belgium-relevant information exclusively, such as updates regarding ongoing cases, public statements, and advocacy for victims’ rights. No services, consultations, or investigative support will be offered to Belgian authorities until significant reforms are made to address systemic issues within their law enforcement institutions.

Statement from Director-General Lawrence Nutall:
“The conduct of certain Belgian police officers has deeply compromised the trust and integrity of their justice system. SwishJustice will not condone or enable such behavior. We stand firmly with victims and against any institution that fails to uphold the rule of law. Belgian authorities must demonstrate meaningful accountability and reform if they wish to restore their credibility on the international stage.”

This decision underscores SwishJustice’s unwavering commitment to ethical integrity and the pursuit of justice. Our priority remains providing a platform for transparency and safeguarding the rights of individuals worldwide.
