Since we launched Operation Banshee nearly a month ago – the private investigators, covert surveillance teams and others have been working hard gathering together evidence to build a case against Suspect TR12.

 

Suspect TR12 at some point in his life lived in a number of countries on the African Continent under the guise of a support worker for local communities. A number of women have come forward from the communities where Suspect TR12 worked and/or lived and have provided statements and evidence to show that sexual offences have been committed.

 

The Director of SwishJustice has asked the Swish World Groups’ Chief Executive Officer to contact the Embassies of countries where abuse has taken place to inform them of our progress and eventually to provide a full unredacted report containing the evidence to the relevant authorities.

 

Suspect TR12 is the name given to the man suspected of sexual offences on the continent of Africa. His personal information is currently protected under the SwishJustice Guidelines 2023 and will only be released by SwishJustice on the completion of a successful prosecution.
